I'm Preethy Suresh, and I founded Ignition Point Ventures on a simple belief: growing organisations deserve strategic people leadership before complexity becomes chaos.
For more than two decades I held senior leadership roles with global organisations, building and scaling the people systems behind their growth across South-East Asia, India, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Why I built this
What I love most is being close to the impact. Working directly with the people at the top, building a real relationship, and seeing the difference the work makes almost straight away. No layers in between. Just the right thinking, applied where it matters most.
That is why I built Ignition Point Ventures: to take the wisdom and hard-won practice of two decades in large organisations and put it to work where it is valued most and felt fastest, with the founders, CEOs and leadership teams of growing companies.
I believe great organisations are built intentionally. Not through more policies or more process, but through the right structure, leadership and culture, put in place at the right time. If your company only works because of you, you are not the first to feel it, and there is a better way through.
